The Hollywood Nightmares - "Self Titled Demo" (3/5) Poppy Punk about girls and the usual pop punk subjects (you know ... like, everyday life and stuff). There's nothing really noteworthy about this album -nothing hugely special. This demo is melodic and has a few endearing songs, but also nothing that jumps out saying this is the next great pop punk band. Again there is nothing wrong with them, but they fall victim to their own genre like many pop punk bands and each song sounds very similar. I love pop punk, but also think that there are a ton of bands that don't add enough of their own touch to be a stand out band.
