The Bricktops -"Stay Home" Energetic, fresh and rockin' good old school style pop punk was the best quick description of "Stay Home" I could think of. That was until I read their Myspace page quote and it really says it the best. The Quote reads, “This is real POP PUNK you stupid motherfuckers!"

The Bricktops sound a lot like Joe Q and co., and they do it well. They have made some fantastic music along the way. Instrumentally, their style matches the 3 chord progressions of the Ramones/Queers format, though vocally, Kevin G’s voice is a little more raspy, and it captures this Surfy Pop Punk style magnificently. Lyrically, these songs are jam packed with well-crafted one-liners and appealing sarcasm. The highlight on this album is the combination of the Queers-ish style mixed with finely written story telling lyrics. This is really one of best mastered, written & produced pop punk albums I've heard in the last couple years and I've heard a ton of them. You want to spend your money on this!
